01Introduction

03Account Registration and Security

Each person may hold only one registered account on BB56. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different payment methods or devices — is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent ban from the platform.

When registering at BB56, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact details.
• Keep your registration information updated at all times. Notify BB56 promptly if any details change.
• Keep your username and password strictly confidential. BB56 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other channel.

BB56 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Acceptable identity documents include government-issued ID such as a Philippine passport, driver's licence, SSS/GSIS ID, or PhilSys National ID. Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable time may result in account restriction.

04Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on BB56 are conducted in Philippine pesos (₱). BB56 does not accept foreign currency deposits directly. The following payment methods are supported for both deposits and withdrawals:

• GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, Coins.ph
• InstaPay and PESONet bank transfers
• BDO, BPI, and UnionBank online banking
• Visa and Mastercard bank cards (where available)

Deposits are processed instantly in most cases. BB56 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may impose their own charges — this is outside BB56's control.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to identity verification requirements. Withdrawal requests are reviewed by BB56 and typically processed within the same business day for GCash and Maya. Processing times for bank transfers may be longer depending on the receiving institution.

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100, unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• Withdrawals above certain thresholds may require additional identity documentation under BB56's anti-money laundering procedures.
• BB56 reserves the right to delay or deny a withdrawal request where fraud, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms is suspected.
• Funds in a Member's BB56 wallet are not interest-bearing. BB56 is not a bank and does not hold funds on a trust basis.

05Bonuses and Promotions

BB56 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and other incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms stated at the time the promotion is offered. The following general rules apply to all BB56 bonuses unless a promotion's individual terms state otherwise:

• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are credited to your BB56 bonus wallet and kept separate from your real-money balance until wagering requirements are satisfied.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless BB56 explicitly states otherwise for a specific promotion.
• Bonuses are personal to the registered Member and may not be transferred, shared, or used in conjunction with another Member's account.

06Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available at BB56 — including JILI Slots, Tongits, Fishing Games, Bingo, live dealer casino titles, and sports betting markets — operate using certified random number generation (RNG) technology or live dealer protocols, as applicable. BB56 is committed to fair play and does not manipulate game outcomes.

07Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on BB56 and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and possible referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud or misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment details, or impersonating another person.
• Multi-accounting: Operating more than one BB56 account, whether for bonus harvesting, identity evasion, or any other purpose.

• Abusive behaviour: Harassing, threatening, or abusing BB56 staff or other players via any communication channel.

08Responsible Gaming

BB56 is committed to responsible gaming. Online gambling is entertainment — it should be fun, affordable, and within limits that don't affect your daily life or finances. BB56 provides the following tools for all registered Members:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from your account settings. Once set, a limit cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: Set session length alerts so you're notified when you've been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-off periods: Temporarily deactivate your account for a set period (24 hours to 30 days) if you feel you need a break.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from BB56 at any time. Once a self-exclusion request is processed, it cannot be reversed for a minimum of six months. Contact BB56 support to initiate self-exclusion.
• Reality checks: Periodic pop-up notifications reminding you of your current session duration and total wagered amount.

BB56 will not knowingly allow a self-excluded Member to re-register or access the platform during their exclusion period. 10Account Suspension and Termination

Any remaining balance at the time of closure (after deducting pending wagering requirements and any amounts subject to investigation) will be paid to your registered withdrawal method.

BB56 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate an account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any of these Terms and Conditions
• Provision of false or misleading registration information
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable time
• Suspected or confirmed involvement in fraudulent, criminal, or prohibited activity
• Regulatory or legal requirements that necessitate account restriction
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be flagged as dormant. BB56 will attempt to contact the Member via their registered email before any dormancy action is taken.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, BB56 will notify the Member as soon as reasonably practicable unless doing so would compromise the investigation. During suspension, all funds remain in the account and are not forfeited unless the investigation concludes with a finding of material breach.

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BB56's total liability to any Member arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

BB56 is not liable for:

• Any loss or damage arising from internet connectivity issues, hardware failures, or software errors on the Member's end
• Losses arising from a Member's own gaming decisions
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental losses of any kind
• Losses arising from delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers
• Content or actions of third-party game providers hosted on the BB56 platform, beyond BB56's reasonable control

Nothing in these Terms limits BB56's liability for death or personal injury caused by BB56's negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12Disputes and Governing Law

If you have a dispute with BB56 relating to your account, a game outcome, a transaction, or these Terms, the first step is to contact BB56 customer support. Most disputes can be resolved quickly through direct communication, and BB56's support team is available 24/7 via live chat and email.

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through BB56 support, you may escalate the matter in writing by emailing the BB56 compliance team. BB56 will acknowledge escalated complaints within two business days and aim to provide a final decision within 14 business days of receiving all relevant information.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute that cannot be resolved between the parties shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in the Philippines.

13Amendments to These Terms

BB56 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, BB56 will notify registered Members via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven days before the changes take effect, except where a shorter notice period is required by law or regulatory obligation.

The date of the most recent update is shown at the top of this page. Your continued use of BB56 after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the changes, you must stop using the platform and contact BB56 support to arrange account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance.

BB56 will maintain an archive of previous versions of these Terms. If you need access to a previous version, contact BB56 support with the relevant date and the version will be provided where available.
